I'm 20 years old and I'm trying to just get toned, I don't want to be extremely skinny, but I'm not confident in the body I have. So my goal is to able to feel comfortable in and with my body. My starting weight is 142 and my goal weight is 125lbs and I'm 5'7". The only hard part about this lifestyle change is the fact that I work in a restaurant with delicious Italian food that I am able to eat for free after a shift. It's always so tempting. But I hope by following all of these wonderful fitness blogs I will stay motivated (it's worked so far).
I wanna be able to run outside on shorts and a sports bra. I wanna be able to go to the gym in a t shirt and spandex. I wanna be able to wear a bikini without sucking it in. I wanna be able to wear crop tops. I wanna be able to look in the mirror and say I love my body.
